Use the form below to pay the fee for the Summer 2023 IMPACT Experience Clinic. Below the amount, please type the name of the attendee this payment is going toward. A receipt will be emailed to you after the transaction is completed, and your spot will be confirmed.
$20 if paid online by July 15th.
$25 if paid online between July 16th – July 21st.
$30 at the door the day of the event.
All attendees will receive lunch, and outstanding instruction!
