Use the form below to order your 2024 IMPACT Percussion Member Jersey.

After filling out the order form, you may pay for the jersey using the payment box below. The jerseys are $35 each – this includes tax and shipping. You may also pay by giving a check or cash to an admin staff.

*Jerseys are only available for 2024 members and staff. All jerseys are unisex.
